Lynn Krupnik graduated first in her class from Arizona State University College of Law in 1996, where she was named the ASU Alumni Association Outstanding Graduate. Lynn also received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award (for exceptional trial advocacy skills in Law School Clinic), John J. Ross Award (for outstanding performance in Business Association courses), CALI Excellence for the Future Award (for excellent achievement in Law School Clinic), and Order of the Coif. While at ASU, Lynn served as a managing editor for the Arizona State Law Journal, and as a writing instructor for first year law students. After graduation, Lynn accepted a judicial clerkship with Vice Chief Justice James Moeller of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Lynn served on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (“CAI”) for six years, and is a member of the CAI College of Community Association Lawyers. Lynn is on the CAI Arizona Legislative Action Committee and has served as the co-chair. She also serves on the CAI National Law Seminar Committee. She frequently writes and lectures on association issues. Lynn’s law practice focuses on representing community associations. She has represented community associations in Arizona since 1997 and in New Mexico since 2006.
Lynn is licensed to practice law in Arizona and New Mexico, with the United States District Court, District of Arizona, and District of New Mexico, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Adrianne Speas graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2001 and cum laude from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2006.
While at SMU, she served as an associate managing editor on the International Law Review Association and participated in the Summer in Oxford Program at University College, Oxford.
Adrianne has focused solely on representing community associations since 2006, and has assisted many associations in a variety of general counsel issues, including governing document interpretation, annual meetings, insurance issues, and easements. Notably, Adrianne has assisted over 100 community associations in successfully amending and restating their CC&Rs, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Architectural Guidelines, and Rules and Regulations.
Adrianne also assists associations with CC&R enforcement matters, and has helped many associations successfully resolve enforcement matters with owners. She has spoken to many community groups and organizations regarding a variety of topics affecting community associations.
Adrianne is licensed to practice law in Arizona and New Mexico, and with the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
Eric Boyd has focused on representing planned communities and condominiums since 2007. He assists associations with a variety of general counsel issues, including analyzing governance and maintenance issues, reviewing and drafting vendor contracts, and advising and defending associations on fair housing issues. Eric also helps with reviewing and amending governing documents to provide clear direction and ensure compliance with the law. He has spoken to association groups on a variety of topics, including vendor contracts, fair housing, best practices for operations, and the impact of local and federal legislative changes.
Eric graduated with distinction from Stanford University Law School in 2002. He holds a master’s degree from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Eric grew up in Yuma, Arizona and enjoys reading, board games, and cheering on the Phoenix Suns.
Eric is licensed to practice law in Arizona and New Mexico.
Tim Krupnik graduated in 2017, summa cum laude and first in his class from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He also received the prestigious John S. Armstrong Award, the top honor bestowed by the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, Tim received numerous CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for academic excellence in multiple fields of study, including: Secured Transactions, Federal Income Tax, Decedent Estates, Professional Responsibility, and Arizona Constitutional Law. He also served as an extern for the honorable Judge David Gass of the Maricopa County Superior Court and Special Master Susan Harris, who is working with the General Stream Adjudication in Arizona.
Tim represents community associations in Arizona and New Mexico on a variety of general counsel and litigation matters. He regularly advises associations on compliance with applicable statutes and the requirements of the association’s governing documents. Tim served as a Member of the CAI CCAL Young Lawyers Division in 2019 and 2020, and currently serves on the National CAI Case Law Summary team.
Tim is licensed to practice law in Arizona and New Mexico and with the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
